Once products are delivered, we are not responsible for how they are stored, handled, or altered, including added ingredients or external contamination after receipt.

By completing a purchase, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use or consumption of our products. You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Bites with Christ, its owners, affiliates, and team members from any and all liability, including but not limited to claims of illness, injury, or damages arising from use, misuse, or allergic reaction to any product.

Any disputes or claims arising from purchases or use of this site shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Texas. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We aim to provide products you'll love. However, due to the nature of edible goods, our return and refund policies are outlined below:

All food items are final sale for health and safety reasons. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for taste preferences, allergic reactions, or improper storage after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Verified issues will be addressed with either a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment only. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded without contacting us directly.

It is your responsibility to review product ingredients and ensure suitability for your dietary needs. We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens such as nuts, dairy, soy, or gluten, and we assume no liability for adverse reactions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bites with Christ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or website interaction.
